Try deleting the pritner from the Print & Fax system preference. Then add the printer again. If you have installed the Ricoh drivers, you should be able to choose the Ricoh driver. Make sure that you get the right driver. Ricoh has many similar models. The color models usually have a 'C' before or after the model number.

If you don't have the Ricoh drivers installed, please download them from the Ricoh site and install them. That should allow you to print in color and have access to all the printer's capabilities.
